的，没排到的关心排期，排到的关心啥会儿批准，批了的关注啥会儿拿到卡。更新：我
的律师assistant说“ USCIS updated your case on July 11, 2011 and your
permanent resident card is waiting for production. If you do not receive
your card after 60 days startting from the date mentioned above, please call
our office”。我的AD是7月12号，收到email和approval notice，网上状态时
Decision。还在等待中。 |

发帖数: 177 | 2 7/13 TSC批的，今天终于收到卡了，上来update一下。
07大潮file的485，期间经历搬家换州，被面试multiple times, Case被转 NSC ->
local office -> TSC， EB3转EB2...
7/13终于批了，然后收到Welcome Notice，收到CPO和Decision emails，就是没有卡。
打了多次电话，L2确认Biometrics仍有效，发了两次Request给IO要求expedite card
production，都没结果。一个L2说他们也是Human Being，也会犯错 -- 估计IO忘了在
PC上点击Card production. 无语！
然后联系议员，不到一周收到USCIS答复，竟然说卡在批的当天就Order了，如7-14天没
收到要俺file I90补卡。彻底无语！ 上周四再联系议员，痛斥USCIS的irresponsible
，结果当晚收到CPO，周五收到PDA，周六收到USPS pickup mail..., 今天终于收到卡
了。看来移民局就是蜡烛，不点不亮！
可惜今天只绿了一半，LP的case还是在Initial Review，让再等3-6个月，看来还要继
续战斗...等来日全绿后再发包子！ |

9月12号没啥动静，还得折腾

去一看，发自358-42，说“your case xxx is now updated，check My Case Status
at www.uscis.gov”. 我赶紧登陆email，终于收到了传说中的“Your Case Status:
Card/ Document Production”
On September 12, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we
will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a
card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization
certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance
parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to
produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and
mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within
30 days of the approval of your application.
If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer
Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
上周五我给律师发了email，说麻烦他给打电话，因为已经马上2个月了没收到卡。没有
回复，不知道他打没打，正想明天再问他一下。我的AD是7月12日，今天正好9月12日。
不知是律师今天打电话催他们起的作用，还是移民局没有食言，正好60天截止日发了这
个email（上次我律师回复告诉我说移民局回复说If you do not receive your card
after 60 days starting from the date mentioned above, please call our office
”。
Anyways，郁闷了两个月，今天算是有点结果。继续等，收到卡后再在这里通报。也祝
和我情况相同的xdjm好运！

On September 14, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice.
前天还是Card/ Document Production，今天倒退成了Post Decision Activity，那5个灰圈圈一个没落下。不会是打指纹啥的吧？有谁遇到过这种情况吗？
另，我律师上周五没给他们打电话，他也没收到前天发给我的card production的email。他说是uscis要求60天之内不能超过一次电话，所以没打。说明uscis还是有些人在干活 |

发帖数: 87 | 14 今天9月14日，收到卡了。刚才又收到一条短信“Decision”，收到两遍了。做了几个
菜，2两light rum，算是庆祝一下吧。来美11年又8个月，PhD读了，postdoc当了，婚
离了，工作有了，房子买了，车换了。没有的只有同龄人基本都有的老婆孩子热炕头。
希望很快会有。还没收到卡的和正在办的和正在等排期的朋友们，稍微坚持一下，冬天
来了，春天还会远吗？
