1）485pending
作为副申请人
H1B年底就到6年限期了
难道只有用EAD才能继续工作吗？如果用EAD的话，需要到年底转成H4吗？
2）因为485在pending，虽然被denied的几率很小，但还是有这种可能的，所以大家都
建议能不用就不用EAD，那像H1B不能继续延期的情况，还有什么办法维持非移民身份，
而不进入AOS吗？

H1 6 years limit.
2. if spouse doesn't want to work anymore, spouse can do nothing and becomes
AOS, if wants a non-immigrant status and you are in H1, spouse can file I-
539 to change to H4. |
