three years.

就可以有新的ｈ１ｂ，就是一年一续。

发帖数: 334 | 4 What if I get cut before I-140 approved? Then I may not have enough time for
any other company to start and complete the PERM +I140 application again
prior to my H1B Expiration date Feb 2013........!?
As of today, my prevailing wage get approved for PERM..... And the company
is restructuring in the next few month!

really filed......And there are less than 365 days between now and Feb 2013,
my H1B expire date.

发帖数: 3693 | 6 If you're sure they'd cut your position, then start looking for another job
asap. Finding an employer who would hire someone with less than a year on
their H1b would be tough, but you really don't have any other option. They'd
have to start the GC process immediately after hiring you, even then you'd
have to count on luck for your PERM to be approved before your H1 expires.

you can renew h1b for 3 years. |
