enter the US on your AP and your I-94 status is "parolee". There is a USCIS
memorandum (not law and therefore can be changed at any time), that permits
you to remain the beneficiary of an approved H-1B petition if you continue
to work for your H-1B sponsoring employer. However, your status remains
parolee, and no derivative H-4 status for your spouse etc may be sought. Of
course, if your H-1B approval is extended by another I-129 petition, your
status becomes H-1B again
所以延期H1B 之后 状态从 AOS 又变回 H1B?
有人能确认一下么， 我相信很多人碰到过这个问题。
