days but no actions have taken from the TSC. The attorney said we cannot do
anything until the January 2014 VB comes out, if your PD remains current, we
can contact the USCIS, but if your PD retrogress, we cannot do anything. I

发帖数: 175 | 4 May I know your PD? Mine is 10/21/2008 and the status is still "initial
review". My case number starts with SRC. So I guess it shall also be
processed at TSC.
On the website of USCIS, it says "Please wait until the end of normal
processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live
assistance." Not sure if we should wait till the end of this month. I am
worried that thing might get slow down during holiday seasons. :(

发帖数: 601 | 5 Seems that TSC has not touched EB2C so far this month. My PD Oct. 23,2008.
TSC as well. We should ask congressman/woman help. Many phone calls from
congressman will give them some pressure. |
