在还不到180天,收到了2017年2月面试通知，在移民局网站看到了下面的规定，RELINK
后会重新计算180天( resets the adjudication clock ), 如果这样的话，我现在就不
能去面试，要拖到180天以后，否则就可能被拒，请大神们确认我到底可不可以这个月
去面试啊？

D. Portability Provisions?
The portability provisions of the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-
First Century Act (AC21)? [11] allow an adjustment applicant with an
approved employment-based petition in the EB 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preference
categories to change ?jobs and ?employers if the adjustment application has
