confirmed PP is filed on Wednesday.
I filed downgrade Eb3 end of Dec 2013. First time PP is declined.
Check my case status at USCIS website, it is under initial review now with
comments:
Initial Review
Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION
FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on March 21, 2014. We mailed you a receipt
with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as
processing is complete.
After this stage, how long I should get my result ? |

month since last year.

发帖数: 83 | 10 被接受了，15天内给答复批不批，或者RFE（最近几天这种情况比较多，是不是NSC的没
仔细留意）。我的140pp(NSC)是3/14 received (still original initial review
status), 3/17 -> accepted -> initial review -> post decision, 3/18 ->
decision: approved.
