上的状态从'Acceptance'变成为nothing.
我一起递交了I-140和PP. PP rejected by the end of 15 days, then the online
status changed from ‘Acceptance’ to nothing but the message below:
'On April 2, 2014 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You
should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you
move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283'
Also, the rejection letter stats as below:
‘We are not able to process your application for an i-907 immigration
petition for alien workers because it was submitted without the required
original DOL Labor Certification. The Labor Certification, ETA-9089, must be
completed by the Department of Labor and submitted with your I-140 petition.
Please ensure that you get a completed ETA-750 or 9089, and return your I-
140 to USCIS.’ | y******0

140的状态. 485一起递交的,目前'Initial Review'
no status checked under the four (accepted/initialreview/decision/etc), even
not accepted nor initial review.

最好140/485 concurrent file之后1个月再PP，no guarantee though. |
