I140 PP(1st try) denied 5/4/2014
Called the Fragomen this afternoon and they suggested withdraw I140 and 485
since it's not likely to get both I140 and 485 approved by June 1st.
I need to decide if I want to resubmit I140 PP or withdraw tomorrow. What do
you guys suggest?? Appreciate your input.

Now you can still get an EAD.
If you withdraw your I-140, your 485 will be denied and your EAD useless.You
wasted all your expense, 140,485 and attorney fee, for nothing.

发帖数: 20 | 7 Fragomen said my files are in Kentucky and that's why PP got rejected. If I
resubmit I140 again is there a good chance that i get EAD before June 1st?
Fragomen said it's most likely my EB2(PD 10/2011) will become current before
EB3 in the future.
So if my I140 get approved and 485 pending by June 1st, when my EB2 becomes
current in the future, I will have to redo I140 for EB2. Is that correct?

如果你们不是很需要Ead/AP,只要绿卡，那么你的律师说的是有道理的。
但如果你们很需要Ead/AP，就要马上交140/485. |

current 了的话还要relink回来， relink可能要几个月。

好，一两年内肯定到了。 |

一封信提醒cis來approve你的485。必須pp啊，公司出錢的話！
