给律师，贴个Sample below:
On June 6, 2014, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I131
APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. The notice explains why the denial
decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have
not received this notice within 15 days of June 6, 2014, please call
customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision. |

following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You

发帖数: 85 | 10 这情况我家遇到过，跟楼主一样，我家LD批了后又过了7个月才拿到卡，没搬过家，
infor pass做了一次，uscis的电话打了数次，都说是批了，会催促，要等60天还是多
久，最后一次打电话后过了半个月，终于卡下来了，耗时快7个月，特么哭了………绿
卡上印的时间是从485批的时间开始算，而不是制卡时间开始算的。 |

485批了，快一个月没收到卡，131，765都deny了。。。
同郁闷中。有好些7月12批的都这样，you are not alone
