上个月打电话问了I-485状态。刚收到书面回复。It says: Our records indicate
your Form I-485 is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final
review by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as
visa availability based of your category and priority date.
从提交到现在已经快8个月了，我现在有点担心我是不是收到EB3 PD 重新倒退的影响了
。请问，我在提交 I-485 的时候EB3 的priority date 是当前的，并且I-140 通过了
还会受到重新倒退的影响吗？

发帖数: 233 | 3 我记得当时有个定理说是140批准后一个月一般可以绿，你这个好像确实蛮久了。
我是3月RD，但是140一直没批，到了这个月头上才批，耗时半年。
看到你1月rd，140也早就批准了居然还没绿，心里一紧啊。
我pd比较早，2010年年底的，看看吧，我估计就算等可能也不会太久了吧。 |

就要求加急。 |

就算进入 process pool 里了，而且那个时候I-140已经批了，我就应该不会受到排期
倒退的影响了。 |

发帖数: 34805 | 8 不知道你在纠结啥。你的case因为PP晚，没来得及在排期倒退前批。现在就只有等排期
再current的时候才有可能绿。07年7月前交上485的等了3，4年才绿的多了去了。

EB2 to EB3? I got labor certificate earlier this year and had submitted
other documents again that are related to my background stuff. So I guess I
will receive 140 sometime this year or next year. My husband just got green
card this year. Do you think it is faster in my case to transfer to Eb3
after I got my 140 form from Eb2? If yes, when I transfer to Eb3, do I need
to go through the application from the beginning again or I can just submit
485 that belongs to Eb3 category?

There is no answer for this. It depends on whose PD progress faster.
If yes, when I transfer to Eb3, do I need to go through the application from
the beginning again or I can just submit 485 that belongs to Eb3 category ?
You need apply new I-140 for EB3. |

结婚（他拿卡之后）还是早就结婚了？
如果才结婚，可以看看GC 配偶的排期到何时了。比较一下哪个快。
如果早就结婚了，根据他的绿卡类型，看能不能file follow to join。
