发帖数: 26 | 1 刚得知EB2 140被RFE， 主要原因是因为我是finance 博士毕业， 但学位证书上写的是
PhD in Management, 但现在在一所大学的商学院的finance系做Assistant Professor.
现在USCIS要求解释how to fulfill the required qualification for this
position.
其实我们PhD program 下面是分7个研究方向， 包括Accounting， Decisions,
Operations & Technology Management， Global Economics and Management，
Finance， Management and Organizations， Marketing， Strategy。 这种现象在商
学院很普遍， 不知道有没有人遇到过类似的情况？
学校的律师要求院里提供解释， 院里踢给系里， 系里又踢给我。。请问我该如何回复
USCIS呢？需要我博士学校也提供一封信来解释以下我们PhD program么？谢谢大家了。

Our Phd Program in XXX University had 7 sub-divisions, including Accounting,
Decisions, Operations & Technology Management， Global Economics and
Management，
Finance， Management and Organizations， Marketing， Strategy. All Phd
students, regardless of their sub-division, would receive a PhD in
Management. This is a common practice in B-schools. I studied Finance in
graduate school yet received a PhD degree in Management. I believe my
graduate training and expertise in Finance wold enable me to teach courses
and train graduate students who share similar research interest with me.

话，昨天收到信之后才开始考古， 看如何申请绿卡。之前都是律师要什么， 都直接找
院里面。。 版上牛人多， 所以上来问问大家的意见比较保险。。再次感谢。。
我的CV上写了 PHD in Management (with specialization in Finance)和博士论文题
目。。 只是学位证上只有PHD in Management。也不知道USCIS的人是否看到。。
