不同。有些州可以拿receipt去延，有些好像不行。你得自己去问问。 |

发帖数: 6509 | 15 延期递交后有240天缓冲期，期间可以合法工作。如果过期了就不能工作（这就是为什
么我每次都是满240天找议员）

我也是去年10月申请的，而且是在H1B过期前两周才递的延期申请，主要是等140批件为
了延3年。现在case status还是 your case was received，再过一个月h1b过期就到
240天了，跟老板说过好几次了公司至今没啥反应，真不知道一个月内能不能给批了。

的过期日开始计算的,不是从递交材料开始.
换驾照的事情要去DMV咨询,肯定可以换的,就是麻烦一些. |
