标 题: I485转NBC后收到打指纹通知

CASE八月初就转NBC了，一直没有更新。后来联系议员，今天得到回信，看到了notice
copy, 说本周末左右会收到正式通知，要求去打指纹。上次打指纹还是去年的九月份，
理论上还没有过期，据说一般15个月才会过期。这是怎么回事?难道又要无休止的等下
去吗，下面是具体ＮＢＣ的回复，大家帮忙分析分析。收到通知后我们可以提前去打指
纹吧，只希望能尽快完成了
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.
These cases are awaiting biometrics submittal, and are currently in
suspense until the applicants complete this process. The applicant’s
biometrics appointments have been scheduled at the ASC on 09/07/2016, at 12:
00 PM. I have mailed a copy of the ASC Appointment Notices to the applicant
, which they should receive within 7 to 10 days. Once biometrics are
received, these case will continue with normal processing.
These cases are employment based I-485 adjustment of status cases and were
received by the NBC from the Texas Service Center (TSC). The NBC does not
adjudicate employment based I-485 applications. These applications are sent
to the NBC from the Nebraska Service Center and the Texas Service Center (
TSC) so they can be scheduled for an interview at the applicant’s
jurisdictional field office.
Once received at the NBC, these cases undergo a final clerical review to
ensure that all information needed for the interview is included with the
file then the case is placed into the interview scheduling queue for the
jurisdictional field office. These cases are currently undergoing this
review process and will be placed into the interview scheduling queue for
the jurisdictional field office shortly. Once the field office schedules
this case for an interview notice will be sent to the address of record and
the NBC will forward this file to the field office. Once further action is
taken on this case notice will be sent to the address of record.
