There are so many people worked (or did grad study) in this area and so few
space for improvement. For 3G, 4G, lots of stuff happen in upper layers...
Maybe this is true for any area, e.g. in CS, the CPU design and computer HW
is not as hot as internet, web 2.0 etc....

eavesdropper的时候,用特定的传输scheme就可以达到perfect secrecy,此时就算
