Lab里只有HP4194A impedance analyzer 看paper好像很多人都用HP4284A LCR meter
用4194测impedance然后算capacitance 和直接用LCRmeter测量有本质区别吗？

characteristic of the DUT.
Usually the LCR meter only shows the C or L with R. The measured C and L
would be even affected the fixture/lead parasitic L |

the LCR meter could only configure L-R or C-R in series or parallel.
So you will have error due to the parasitics. Because the LCR could not
identify the impedance from L or C.
