Anyone using tools to estimate/design inductor such as Ansoft HFSS or any

If I put it off-chip, it will be much easier for inductor itself. But how to
consider the package parasitic and connection interface. Do I need to
extract all S parameters for packaging leads etc and how reliable is that?
