1) coach for sports
2) special ed for homebound students
3) club adviser

这个是不可能的。所有教师都要FOLLOW一个SALARY SCHEDULE，不是说你有多出色就会
给你多点钱。也许这也是美国的系统的一个缺点。
你可以做的就是尽量证明你以前的教龄，提升你的STEPS，还有证明你的MASTER DEGREE
等等。
