section叫China Funding Restriction。
Proposals must not include bilateral participation, collaboration, or
coordination with China or any Chinese-owned company or entity, whether
funded or performed under a no-exchange-of funds arrangement.
he FY 15 Omnibus Appropriations Act, Public Law 113-235 Section 532 states
that:
NASA is restricted from using funds appropriated in the Acts to
enter into or fund any grant or cooperative agreement of any kind to
participate, collaborate, or coordinate bilaterally with China or any
Chinese-owned company, at the prime recipient level and at all sub-recipient
levels, whether the bilateral involvement is funded or performed under a no
exchange of funds arrangement.
哇。真是公开的敌国关系了。
连North Korea, Iran, Cuba都没有这种专门写出禁止的条例。 | s******g

我都知道有不少老美教授拒绝从darpa，dod拿钱，说不想把自己的研究贡献给军事用途

发帖数: 61690 | 4 这是因为有个VA来的2B众议员，把这条放到拨款法案里了。本来这个2B议员退休后，这
条可能取消。但是有另一个2B议员接力棒，继续搞这个。
