if there are tons of bites there, swivel is first choice.
if you want to test if there are fish or whether they are there but
don't bite, blank lure is better choice.

not biting, I was told not to use anything.
I think certain lure should not be used with swivel - Maybe spoon, as the
swivel reduces the action of the lure.
Also certain rigs requires a swivel.
It's all depends: what you are after and what you are using and how active
the fish are. |
