200 lbs free weight barbell bench press with strict form (touch your chest
strictly at bottom) is hard goal to attain if you bw is under 160lbs.
it is not always going up, sometimes going down .
i saw a number of guys at my gym don't touch chest (1-3 inch short), with 185lbs or above.

l**********l 发帖数: 4468 | 8 卧推的时候大臂跟地面平行或者稍微低一点点,就要开始往上推了,再下练不到胸而且
容易受伤。至于那个位置是不是碰到胸要看人的前臂的长短还有胸的厚度。
不是说挨到胸就是标准姿势不挨到就不是。卧推还有很多其他要注意的地方,比如腰要
自然弯曲不要刻意弓起来也不要平贴在椅子上;不要耸肩抬脖子和头等等等等。
