hungry during the day while not changing my workout schedule at all - run 5
miles every other day at pace of 8 - 8:20 min. In addition, I am having
similar amount of energy intake to what I had before, and my work has been
the same. So I don't understand why I start feeling hungry about 2 hrs after each
meal during the day.
For breakfast, I have about 300 calories (2 slices of high fiber bread + 1
cup of whole milk)
For lunch, I eat white rice, beef or chicken together with vegetables, the
total estimated calorie would be like 800 - 1,000 calories.
Should I go eating some snacks when hunger knocks on my belly? - sorry, no

Also you can try replacing the white rice in your lunch by complex carb and
see whether it helps. |
