一个154顺风，打过了，一个122打短了, 难度大一点的那个199 PAR3好不容易LAND

我自己觉得也没有什么COURSE MANAGEMENT的，但是总觉得PAR3 TEE OFF的时候，打
得好坏是非常偶然的，不像PAR4 PAR5打坏第一杆TEE还可以用APPROACH找回来

154 par 3, ask your partner stay clear the tee box, you move back 50 yard
from tee box, until you reach 200 yard from green
for 122 par3, similiar, move 80 yard back from tee box
treat par 3 < 200 as = 200 y par 3
i don't think rule forbid golfer move back from tee box, doesn't it?

john daly tried at Augusta. he moved his tee back, but only to certain point.
joking aside, i dont think move the tee back is a solution.

发帖数: 3067 | 10 yes, i agree chipping is very important for par3 to save up and down, but i
feel the greenside rough around par3 green are harder than other par4/par5
greenside rough.
and within 20, 30 yards, judging the shot distance on how far the chipping
can go is very difficult.

扎实的基本功，才能杆杆上果岭。我是130到160码的三杆洞还凑合，GIR可超过50%，更
近的或更远的三杆洞，我常常有听天由命的感觉，不是开不到，而是开不好。 | A*f

average is 255, considering the downhill, you drive 270-280
you have about 90 - 120 left, since you average 5 on par4, so you pretty
much taking 4shots to cover 110-120yard (thinking a par3 left after tee shot
, so you mostly avarge body at 120 and less par3)
maybe par 3 with 130 - 170 range giving you problem and uncomfortable
distance
how did you at the #5, 183y par3?
score 90 at summite is great already. zan you hit 3wood

happens to me to start slicing the ball, I will pre-set my club face close
at stance, like Fred Couples. It works with me for now.

发帖数: 3067 | 15 i used my hybrid on 183 #5 (handcap index 7), it was down wind, over shot,
one chip back on green, but the green was sick, and roll the ball all the
way to the edge, lucky i got 2 putts, which i was expecting another 3 putts.
otherwise it would be another 5 strokes on par3.
yes, summitpointe par4/par5 are not very long. the best shot of the day for
me was attacking #14 488Y par5, after 270 downwind drive, my 3woods landed
on green and roll out of green. it was first time for me 2 shots over the

which would change your ball flights alot, and you dont need the excessive
force for 3woods or 5woods."

setups...
funny that over shoot green is deemed as "good shot" by another golfer, i
also count over shoot green as "good shot" . if that's the way to miss green
, will take it anytime...

Unlikke par4 or par5 , which you can hit it litlle bit faster or slower, tee
par3 require you normal tempo as you practicing
