u can put max 5 rifles/receivers on the same dros form at the same time. no
records for rifles kept in any gov db as far as i know

won't have enough time to assemble one AR, despite how many lowers you got.

Noveske stopped taking orders for whole rifle, but still selling uppers,
because they can't get any lowers either.
Another confirmation that Noveske doesn't make their own lowers, they buy
it.
