The package is good deal. However, the cable is only useful when your mixer
supports XLR input. It won't fit if your Karaoke mixer only support 1/4"

I think you might want to upgrade to Shure SM58, or downgrade to Behringer
XM8500 Microphone. The latter one should be similar to PG58 but half the
price.
