层（共4层，每层只有一户人家，不用担心邻居吵闹），一室一厅，600平方尺。租金每
月$1700，水免费，gas和电费每个月３０左右。可从2017年7月入住，Deposit包括1个
月存款。
提供家具：大冰箱，微波炉，洗碗机，全新烤箱，电视柜，壁架，(双层玻璃茶几)，镜
子，２个内置衣帽间和一个大储藏室（放的下一台大洗衣机和一台大烘干机）。只需自
己买床／床垫即可。
交通便捷：步行3、4分钟到Grove St公交车站，12分钟到Grove St PATH站，１５分钟
到Newport PATH站。上下班时间只需３５分钟即可到达曼哈顿。
周边设施：后院有一块非常大的草坪，可供烧烤或野餐。JonesPark和Hamilton Park都
在附近，有篮球场、足球场、网球场、棒球场、滑板场等露天场地（好像免费，没有去
过）。可步行至各种餐厅、酒吧、商店/杂货店、洗衣店、干洗店等。路边很多停车位
，路对面还有一个很大的停车场。
其他条规：大楼或房间内不准吸烟。允许携带宠物，只要不会损坏任何家具、房间或楼
房。因为是房主便宜自租，请格外注意保护房间，不受损伤。
安全问题：这个社区多为白人和少量华人、印度人，时常还有警察巡逻，非常安全。我
是女生，刚毕业不久时常１０点左右回家，周末还偶尔凌晨２－５点回家，都没有遇到
过任何安全性问题。
适合人群：适合爱整洁的男女朋友、夫妻伴侣、同事同学一起租。

A spacious and lovely 600 sq ft 1-br for rent in Jersey City
Located on the 2nd floor (4 floors in all, andeach floor is a single unit).
Rent is $1700/month, with following furniture: aset of brand new TV stand,
in-wall shelves, (2-layer glass tea table), mirror, etc.Available from 7/1/
2017 (flexible). 1-month rent as deposit.
The apartment is newly renovated with half wood and halfceramic floors,
large eat-in kitchen with dish washer and oven, box room layoutwith lots of
light. 2 closets and 1 storage room large enough for washer anddryer. Grass-
covered backyard, which is perfect for BBQ or picnic. Walkingdistance to
basketball field, tennis court, baseball field, skateboard field,etc. Also,
boutique restaurants, bars, shops/grocery stores, laundry are justaround the
corner.
A lovely and safe neighborhood (I sometimes walk home fromNewport station
2am – 5am in the morning and not a problem for a 25-yr-old girlat all.).
Also quiet and friendly tenants in the building.
3-4min walk to Grove Street bus station.12min walk to GroveStreet PATH
station and 15min to Newport PATH station. Jones Park right at thecorner,
and 2 blocks to Hamilton Park. 35min to midtown Manhattan during rushhours.
Plenty of street parking and a big parking lot nearby.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or the building.Pet-friendly as
long as he/she won’t damage any furniture or the building.
