available. I just graduated and got another job. Now I need to change my
status from F1 to H1B. Will my I140 affect my application for H1B? Anybody

发帖数: 660 | 3 No affect at all. Cause H1B is a non-immigrant status with dual intent,
meaning an H-1B holder can have legal immigration intent. (H1B是允许有移民倾
向的非移民身份）
我客户里先申请卡后又转H1B的大有人在,都拿下了. |
