材料, 我们后来给补了材料，USCIS在今年2月中旬收到了补充的材料。可是现在眼看3
个多月过去
了，还是没有任何结果。USCIS的网站上是这么说的：
On February **, 2011, we received your response to our request for
evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER
location. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we
need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision
or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response
unless fingerprint processing or aninterview are standard parts of case
processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use
the processing time information on our website to estimate when this
case will be done.
我在去年12月就做了fingerprint了。现在应该说什么都齐了。
我打电话给USCIS了，语音系统所说的和USCIS网站上看到的是一样的。
我的问题是：
I130需要多少时间prove啊？它与I485一起prove吗？
I485又需要多少时间prove呢？I485prove后我是不是就可以去interview了？interview
过了
我是拿临时绿卡还是10年绿卡呢？
还有其他什么手续吗？ |
