This letter and its enclosures are respectfully submitted in support of my
applications for (1) Adjustment of Status (Form I-485); (2) Application for
Employment Authorization (Form I-765); (3) Application for Advance Parole (
Form I-131). My eligibility is based on my approved immigrant petition of I
-140.
Enclosed please also find my wife's Application (I-485, I-765, I-131). Her
eligibility is based on being my spouse.
Our applications are separated into two envelopes. The filing fee for each
applicant is inside each envelope.

1. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice for I-140.
2. Employment verification letter.
3. Copy of Form I-94 for last entry into US, back and front.
4. Copy of Marriage Notarial Certificate with Certified English Translation.
5. Copy of Birth Notarial Certificate with Certified English Translation.
6. Copy of passport biographical page and visa stamps.
7. Copy of I-797 Approval Notices for H1-B, and student OPT EAD card (back
and front).
