今天收到USCIS关于我的485申请RFE信件，要求提交我两年在中国的居住证明。补件原
话如下：
"Please submit evidence that you have resided and been physically
present in the country of your nationality as indicated on your Form
DS-2019 for an aggregate of at least two years of following your
departure from the USA.
Additional evidence besides arrival and departure records are needed.
Please submit evidence that shows that your resided in and were
physically present in China for two years following your stay in the
USA as a J-1 exchange visitor. "
我的大体情况是：我从2006.8-2012.8以J-1签证拥有者身份攻读博士学位，毕业
后于2012年9月4日回到中国一事业单位工作，一直到2014年11月29日以B2身份回到美国
，2015年10月我LD递交485，我作为受益人一起递交。今天我LD的485申请已经批准，我
的申请要RFE，
我想提供以下证据：(第一项新提交，后几项再次提交）
● The official letter from the employer in China (国内原工作单位的证明
信）
● Photocopy of All Pages of the Recent Two Passports
● Photocopy of Passport Pages of Nonimmigrant Visa and Entry Stamp
● Photocopy of Most Recent I-94
● Photocopy of Arrival and Departure Records from I-94
● Photocopy of Ph.D. Degree
● Photocopy of Form DS-2019
想向各位请教：
1、除了以上证明材料外，还有什么材料可提交的？
2、关于单位工作证明，我想直接用英文写，并盖上公章。请问是盖单位公章
还是人事处公章为好，还是都盖上？有样本吗？有其它要注意的事项吗？

then I think the best evidence is the proof of continue working and presence
from that company. Also your passport stamps, and Chinese in/out records
from China, showing you were in China for two years. |
