是啊，一般140后两人一起485的case比较多；先绿卡后才结婚给配偶办绿卡的比较少。

发帖数: 515 | 11 第一步130大概3个月左右，不赶上每个工作年度末的话有时可能1-2个月就批了。
然后就是等RD到期交485 AOS，排期时间看移民局工作量了。一般新一个工作年度开始
，10月左右会大进一段，到来年春季就会放慢，5月以后基本龟速，一直要到下个工作
年度新名额放出来。
目前正在交485，之后的事情等经历后再和大家分享。

其实这几个表的instruction写得很清楚很详细，大家静心下来好好读指示，自己填完
全没有问题。
我都是DIY的，感觉律师也帮不上大忙，最多可以解释一些法律相关概念和文件的准备
问题，这些大都可以来版上问大家。
