推荐信需出自同一个推荐人，演绎出的不同NIW and Eb1 reference 风格。总听人说，
这其间区别很小，只有在开头和结尾处的稍加改动。可能本人领悟性差些，总觉得不很
得要领。
我现在知道的区别列在下面：
在开头：
1.Eb1A: I am writing this letter in support Dr Wang who has applied for
extraordinary ability (EB1A) immigration petition.
2.NIW: I am writing this letter in support Dr Wang who has applied for
National Interest Waiver (NIW) immigration petition.
在信中： 内容大同小异。
Eb1A: 多强调10项标准中至少满足的3项contributions，extra-ordinary,
outstanding et al. 一定避免national interest 的字眼。
NIW: 可出现national interest的字眼。
在结尾：
Eb1A: I strongly recommend his permanent residence petition under the EB1A
category.
NIW: I strongly believe that your positive decision regarding his
application is in the national interest for the USA.
