for the references is fine.
It's better to have the official letter-head. But if they really can't use
such letter-papers, that's also fine.

我要怎么跟他们说格式以及怎么给我？
可以如下这样说吗？
(1-2 pages for a typical reference letter for the purpose of immigration. 3-
4 pages are fine)
(Email or mail the reference letter. The reference letter will is put (not
enclosed) in the whole petition package)
(If it is convenient for you, using papers with official letterhead might be
better. But I think it is fine to use A4 paper too.)

打印出来，签字，然后scan，然后再电邮？
或者以前他们存有一个签字的图片。把图片粘贴在word推荐信上，然后电邮过来？

发帖数: 6523 | 10 This is the first way : 打印出来，签字，然后scan，然后再电邮.
This is the second way : 或者以前他们存有一个签字的图片, and they can use
their letter-head image as well。把图片粘贴在word推荐信上，and they can
convert it to pdf or not, 然后电邮过来.
Whatever way they want to do, that's fine.
I have 2 reference letters that did not have letter-heads. One was from a
professor who was just a bit care-free kind of person, and I didn't insist.
Another one was from a federal agency, they were not allowed to use the
official letter-head. It's fine to have a couple of letters without letter-
heads, but it looks prettier and more official with the letter-heads, so try
to ask as many as you can. |
