个人觉得还行的方面：
Journal Paper: 18 total, first author 10， mostly in top journals of the my
field
Citation: 700 total, independent citation 400+
Patent: 2, 1 granted, 1 pending
Recommendation letters: 老板答应帮我找一些大牛，比如院士，牛杂志主编啥的。
貌似有欠缺的：
Journal review: 20 times
Media coverage: several （是我的工作，但是采访的老板，不过提到我是主要作者） |
