了，好像review, contribution 和 authorship 都没有完全承认，所以非常郁闷。在
这里虚心向大家请教。
背景：2011 PhD in EE, majoring in IC design.在大公司作研发。详细背景在下面和
RFE一起写：
(1) Evidence of the beneficiary's participation, either individually or on a
panel, as the judge of the work of others in the same or an allied academic
field.
IO comments: The evidence provided meets the plain language for this
criterion.
我的背景：35 reviews for 5 journals and 3 conferences. 提供了所有journal
review的invitation letter/acknowledgement letter，找conference committee提供
了conference review的证明信。提供了journal的SJR ranking (最好的top 0.25% 最
差的top 5%).
问题：好像没有完全承认这一点？需要什么补充材料么？我有其中一个journal editor
的推荐信，需要每个都要一封么？
(2) Evidence of the beneficiary's authorship of scholarly books or articles
(in scholarly journals with international circulation) in the academic field.
IO comments: USCIS acknowledges receipt of evidence regarding the
beneficiary's publication. Now please submit a complete record of the
scholarly books or articles (in scholarly journals with international
circulation) in the academic field that the beneficiary has authors. You may
submit:
*Results from scholarly literature search websites (such as SciFinder or
Google Scholar) that show the beneficiary as the author, the title of the
article, and the journal in which it was published; or
*Paper copies of the beneficiary's articles. If paper articles are submitted
, it is not necessary to submit full articles. For each article, you only
need to submit the pages necessary to show: the beneficiary as the author;
the title of the article; the journal in which it was published.
我的背景：11 publications in 6 journals and 5 conferences. All in English
and I'm the first author of 10 papers. 我把所有文章都打印出来了，并用荧光笔
highlight了我的名字（没有highlight journal title）.其中两篇文章都发表在我这
个领域里最好的杂志上。
问题：不明白IO要什么。是不是要做一个summary list把所有文章的具体信息列出来？
我已经写了一个Summary of Citation, 列出了所有文章和相应的citation.
(3) Evidence of the beneficiary's original scientific or scholarly research
contribution to the academic field.
IO comments: This criteria has not been met because the evidence submitted,
while laudatory, does not show that the beneficiary has made original
scientific or scholarly research contributions to the academic field. You
may submit:
*Objective documentary evidence of the beneficiary's contribution to their
academic field;
*Documentary evidence that people in the field currently consider the
beneficiary's work original.
*Testimony and/or support letters from experts which discuss the beneficiary
's original scientific or scholarly research contributions to their academic
field.
*Evidence that the beneficiary's original contribution has provoked public
commentary in the field or has been widely cited.
*Evidence of the beneficiary's work being implemented by others: (contracts
with companies, licensed technology, patents, etc.)
我的背景：total citation 37, mostly independent.（这是我的弱点！）提供了七封
推荐信，三封独立的（美国，欧洲，中国）。没有patent。
问题：什么是objective documentary? 难道独立推荐信不算objective? 是不是还要找
引用过我文章的人写推荐信？
就算把以上每个问题都回答了，还要满足totality,请大家支招。谢谢先！ |

的啊，是不是你的推荐信和PL有问题啊？

我的感觉是不是文字组织上出现问题了，要突出你的杰出，你做过比较吗？有没有挖掘
引用，比如某著名实验室或者教授利用你的结果或者数据。

一点回答还是重新写一遍PL?这次我想写的简洁点。

比如review部分对每个期刊作了详细介绍，contribution部分列了五个项目（基本上把
做过的大项目都写了），然后太多黑体字highlight导致重点不突出。不过这都是我的
猜测。。。

institutions that has cited your work, and find out some big names that
cited your work. And ask a few people that cited your work for reference.
For the publication, since you already provided all the papers, do you think
it is possible that they are questioning the conference papers? How about
giving them the website print of the conferences and introduction of the
conferences. If there are articles that cite a large paragraph of your paper
, the put them in the front of citation list.

In the RFE letter, the officer asks for a complete record of articles, is it
possible that he did not look carefully at my papers?
I plan to directly print from IEEE website that contains my paper title,
journal/conference title, my name, and a brief abstract.
By the way, why do you think they are questioning the conference papers? I
already submitted all the conference website pages and have detailed
discussion in my PL about each conference/journal. It looks like they really
didn't spend much time on my PL.
