标 题: AXA的ROTH IRA怎么样？

我刚刚博士后，退休金401k是选了AXA equitable.最近我的financial advisor一直鼓
动我加入他们的ROTH ＩＲＡ，我也知道应该有这么个退休账户，但是不知道ＡＸＡ的
这方面做得怎么样。网上看到vanguard号称管理费很低，不知道axa与它相比怎么样。
还有资金回报率如何。有没有前辈对axa了解的谈一谈？非常感谢！！ |

And most likely your other choices of 401k would be better than AXA as well.

high credit rating after the crisis), or any other insurance or fund
company, it is the misconception about "Financial Ad visor" -- these are
SALES people for financial products (no offenses to FAs out there, including my friends working in AXA or MetLife or ING, or Northern Trust where I had my own experiences with FA). Just like salespersons in any other
trade, the good ones can help you to find the right product/sol |

我的这个FA肯定是有合法执照的，人也特别有礼貌，热情。他告诉我他的确是靠
commission赚钱，但他也说他们需要顾客满意，从而长久生意。
我希望是这样，因为实在是不好意思拒绝。 |

发帖数: 429 | 8 The only one in the list I recommend is TIAA-CREF. Consider stopping your
401(k) (or 403(b)) contributions to AXA, and from this point on contributing
to TIAA-CREF.
For ROTH IRA, you can open it anywhere you want. Vanguard, Fidelity, etc.
are all good choices.

insurances -- and that's why they are good at that line of business.
I don't know how much you are investing. But if you are only saving your
monthly 401K or 403 contributions for retirement, you are better off with a
target date or risk-based asset allocation fund. If you are cost conscious,
choose Vanguard's target date funds (index funds with low fees) and avoid
Fidelity's freedom funds (mutual funds with much higher expense ratio).

发帖数: 571 | 11 我是为退休攒钱的，别的投资也没什么闲钱。
axa有retirement plan，根据我的需求选择不同组合的monies,就是要收取费用，我也
认了，只要还有的收益就行。
不过我肯定不会从他们买人寿保险的。
Vanguard's target date funds (index funds with low fees)，看起来大家都推荐的
。以后参考。
我先和那家伙谈谈，看看他有什么offer.

听sales的话，就像买车听dealer的一样。
