发帖数: 8211 | 2 a major portion of rfe cases are approved. One reason is that uscis now is more aggressive at giving out rfe, so lots of cases which previously would have been instantly approved now are given rfe, i.e., they are not giving out rfe only for cases that they intend to deny.

其余2个都被要求补材料, 有一个还很严重, 说是去年已经申请过了...
最后很快都通过了

And the attorney said it was just to show that my employer did not receive
funding from the government.
That is ridiculous as my employer is a CPA firm...

面的6年中你随便任何时候都可以申请,每天申请一个都没有关系,完全合法.
