1. Contract-to-hire, mid-level to senior level position. Company is more
stable, the project is not hard for me. If i can get to full time stage, the
benefit is better.
2. Full time, senior to architect position. They are using the latest
technologies, need to learn lots of things. Although the company is middle
sized, VP mentioned they are in the middle of changing company direction,

pay even 8k lower, that means at least 18k lower. Contractor is real labor.
They always say contract to hire, make you really work hard. Take the
