I am wondering how your friend knew his or her case was rejected. Did he or
she receive a rejection letter or email from USCIS?
My case filed on June 4th according to the attorney. But I have not heard
back any information about the filing notice since then. The HR just told me
to wait. So painful to wait! |

Your petition was returned to the attorneys. You did not make the
cap. We suspect that even though yours was received on June 11 that
they had many more than 85,000 and chose randomly. |
