You need two things to get a good job:
1)Marketable skill;
2)Knew how to talk in job interview.
Not certificate, not degree.
Of course, if you have time, you may get as many certificate as you like, it
will not hurt.
However, you purpose is find a job ASAP, not collect many useless
certificate.
