Job Description: BG/Dept: Human Resources Direction

Job Purpose :
1. According to the local conditions and company characteristics,
construction company, responsible for the management of the optimal
management platform of continuous improvement.
2. Regional integrated management work independently, including human
resources, administrative and financial affairs management is a
comprehensive.
3. Keep good communication with the headquarters of the company, under the
guidance of all kinds of international affairs.
Major Role & Responsibilities:
1. Overseas education background, bachelor degree. Fluent in Chinese, both
in spoken and written
2. 8 years+ of human resources, administrative or financial aspects working
experience, at least 3 years of the American company management experience
3. Passionate, energetic, strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn, sharp
analytical and judgment skills
4. Proficient in the relevant laws and regulations. Candidates with large IT
industry experience background is preferred.
