The company is the U.S. division of one leading Chinese energy company and
its core businesses are: 1) to procure equipment & material and
petrochemical products and technologies for the parent company’s investment
projects and production facilities; 2) Market development; to market the
equipment, material and petrochemical products made by he parent company and
those made in China to satisfy the global demand.
1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Arrange company’s internal training;
Arrange recruitment, talents maintenance and employment termination;
Data analysis, summarization and draft report;
General administrative and clerical support.
2. Skills and Personal Attributes
2+ years' related experience preferred;
Effective verbal and listening communications skills;
Advanced computer skills;
Time management skills;
Detail oriented;
Written and oral skills in both English and Chinese;
