Job Description
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and
procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing
and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical
functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office
systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
• responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
• overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including
training and induction;
• reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring
they are observed;
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees; following up on work results.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special
reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and
disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget;
scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Requirement:
• Legal status
• Must Have a College degree
• 5-7 years in Office experience
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency with Quick Books and Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
