发帖数: 24 | 1 I am looking for a junior data scientist in Allstate Roadside Assistance (
Northbrook, IL) immediately. This is a 6 month contract position and
possibly longer. Allstate does not sponsor H1B, but OPT is fine.
Responsibilities:
- Applying data analytics to identify and exploit insights with positive
business impact
- Designing and building data-driven products to optimize business operation
Qualifications:
- Master Degree (PhD preferred) in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer
Science. Statistics is preferred
- Experimental design (for instance, A/B testing) and hypothesis testing
- Machine learning / predictive analytics: classification/regression,
spatial analysis, time series analysis, etc.
- Expert proficiency in R or Python
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Good communication/presentation skill
- Operation research knowledge (P-median problem) is a plus
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Hadoop/Spark experience is a plus
