发帖数: 177 | 1 本人今天挺倒霉，骑车出门刚在一个位于街角的饭馆的parking入口处被车撞了，爬起
来后当时不知道怎么搞好，driver先问我是否ok，然后call他的insurance公司，并让
我等等，期间我找了个帮我起来的witeness要了电话，后来因为我学校有重要的事而且
我当时感觉好像没什么重要的伤，所以我留下电话就走了。后来下午driver的
insurance公司call我问我感觉如何要不要去看医生，然后约了我下周四要面谈file一
个叫injury claim的东西，然后我给了她witeness的电话。问题是到了晚上我才开始感
觉身体好多地方挺疼，而且脖子关节，腰关节感觉有些疼。那么请问我如果明天去医院
，该如何让那insurance公司pay bill啊？就是这个流程是怎样的啊？难道要我先垫钱
在事后补回来？那个要file的injury claim的东西是否就是file对我的医疗赔偿啊？而
且他们不会说我过了1天才去医院那伤是自己搞的吧？还有谁知道是否周末时候医院的
physical therapy之类的department会开么还是只有emergency啊？总之，关于我的情

injury lawyer in your community. don't hope for the best, but expect the
worst. insurance company aren't very friendly or cooperative when it's time
for them to pay out money. they'll find all the excuses not to pay. also, if
that driver's insurance isn't enough to cover your medical bills and other
losses, you'll need to sue the drive to get the damages. |
