在德州，签了1年的lease，只住了半年不到，因为工作原因得搬了。我还没有去和
leasing office说，想先到这里问问意见，和有什么需要注意的。
我仔细读了一遍contract，只看到相关的条款如下：
unlawful early move-out;reletting charge.
You'll be liable for a reletting charge of $ 500.00 (not to exceed 85% of
the highest monthly rent during the lease contract term) if you:
1. fail to move in, or fail to give wiritten move-out nitive as required in
paragraphs |
