是必须是公民才可以,是吗?
"Applicants who are not United States citizens and do not reside in the
U.S. are not eligible for registration except as permitted by 37 CFR § 11.6
(c)."
看来绿卡也不行? 我的理解有错么?
另外想请教前辈们都如何准备的,有推荐的参考书吗?

Yes, GC is sufficient for taking the patent bar, assuming you do have one of
the required undergraduate degrees.
The EXAM is based on the most recent MPEP.
There are prep materials for the EXAM, such as, e.g., PRG, PLI, etc.

能不能再请教一下, 考试很难吗? 大家都准备多久? (没有任何专利法律基础).粗粗看
了看,考试要上午下午各3小时,还是挺考验人的体力的.前辈们有什么准备心得呢? 比如
看几本参考书,做多少模拟题才够? 多少分是PASS呢?
