I am in Boston and accident end up in this apartment and it is so noise and
the alarm went off 3 times within 10 days. I have to move out and but I
signed 12 month lease. today they give this letter...Please help me to take
a look at and shed some light on me. does it mean I have to pay rest of 10
months. am I trapped? Thanks
