不知道法律是怎么规定的。
比如可不可以有“刀'的专利，覆盖所有切东西的工具。
现在发现一个比较general的专利，用电脑来做healthcare。把所有类病人都包括了。
我现在有针对某类病人的（比如孕妇），可不可以继续申请专利？ |

prescribed by patent law. However, using a patent is different. If you want
to exercise your right to the "specific" patent, you'll probably have to ei
ther circumvent the "general" patent or obtain license for using it. In the
latter case, it's better to make your patent a necessary one for the "genera
l" patent holder who wants to develop his own invention so that you may nego
tiate down your licensing fee.
