there is an item in main menu of the VBox
said "download the addon"
after that you need to mount it (....addon.iso)
and install it in the client box (in your case, Centos)

I do have VBoxGuestAdditions.iso mounted on my CDROM.
How do I install it?

You should have VBoxGuestAdditions.iso somewhere in your VBox installed
files. Mount it as a CD image, and there should be a VBox***Linux. run file
on the image. Run that file. If you have everything in place, it should
compile a bunch of modules and put them in the right place.

I installed vbox by yum localinstall vbox-version.rpm.
On the contral bar there are only
管理(F) 控制(M) 帮助(H)， there is no devices or anything else.

do rpm -ql vbox-version.rpm | grep -i vboxguestaddition.
And you find the file.
